5月16日,中消協在京發布《中國消費者權益保護狀況年度報告(2022)》。2022年,全國消協組織共受理消費者投訴115.2萬件,比上一年增長5.7%,解決915752件,投訴解決率79.5%,為消費者挽回經濟損失13.8億元。
